While we're on the subject of eating - another Kenilworth success story is the Cheese Factory - threatened with closure some years ago, it was kept alive and functioning by the workers and community.Today it produces an extensive range of - as they say - handcrafted cheeses, as well as mouth-watering ice-creams and delicious yoghurts.
Opposite the factory entrance is yet another Kenilworth Community masterpiece - a playground for all ages. Festooned with some remarkable equipment - this park will delight young and old alike.
Ample room, a safe, enclosed environment for toddlers and a large, well-equipped picnic area make this free family fun area a "must-stop" point for all visitors to Kenilworth. Especially if there are kids aged between 1 and 100 in the car.
